WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer surface & air shipping anywhere within India.
Standard shipping:
We charge a flat fee of ₹100 for every order under ₹5,000, which includes all our handling, packaging and shipping fees! This order fee will be waived off if your order exceeds ₹5,000.
Express shipping:
For orders within Mumbai, we offer same day/next day delivery. Price for the same will be mentioned at checkout.
For orders across the rest of India, we offer express shipping via Bluedart (air). Express shipping charges will be based on the weight & pin code of the order. Price for the same will be mentioned at checkout
The delivery time differs from place to place. We do not guarantee any delivery date - all delivery times given are approximates based on past orders.
Once an order is paid for, it cannot be cancelled.
Goods once sold will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Colours on screen may vary from the actual product. If you are not sure about the colour or quality, please order a sample before ordering your product.
In case one of the products from your order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you to edit/refund the order.

DO YOU PERSONALIZE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, we can personalize almost all of our products based on your requirements - be it a name, logo or design. Get in touch with us here with your requirements.

Since we already offer wholesale prices, we don't have any discounts.
We do have a membership program, which gives you a 10% discount on all online purchases for one year. Visit the discounts page for more details.
CAN I ADD MY GST DETAILS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
Yes. You can enter your company name & GST number in the shopping cart before checkout and it will reflect in your invoice.
HOW MUCH GST IS LEVIED ON THE PRODUCTS?
5% GST is levied per HSN Code 5806
WHAT IF A PART OF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
We check and update our stock on the website once a week. In the event of an ordered product being out of stock, we will get in touch with you to delay/edit/refund your order.
